Wrist Ball
The ability to powerfully leap into the air is essential to taking mark in football and like all other aspects of our fitness, specific training is required to improve this ability.
For example,As the setter moves toward the ball, we turns our wrists further back so the set is more up-and-down and remains inside the antenna. It may also help for us to arch our back slightly as we gets closer to the sideline. We must also be aware of not running through the set as this will take us directly into the hitter’s path.
In order to improve our wrist snap - A fast forward snap of the wrist as the ball is being released , if done intentionally in conjunction with the arm whip , can increase pitching speed 3 to 5 miles per hour. To make it easier to create a good forward snap at the release point, make it a practice to keep our wrist bent backward slightly during the final downswing of your arm. Precisely at the release point, consciously whip our wrist forward to help accelerate the ball.
The wrist is extended back. As you bring the ball up to shoot, your knees extend up, your elbow extends, your wrist snaps toward the basket. Though both hands are on the ball, good release is only done with the shooting hand.
Here is a wrist ball which you can improve the ability:
Wind the strap to the ball and then draw out the strap quickly so as to set the inner rotor in motion and gradually build its speed by subtle rotation of your wrist. The faster you rotate the ball, the stronger the energy generates, and the LED turns on
